What I Enjoyed as an Early Childhood Educator

As an early childhood educator, it was an immensely rewarding experience for me to work with young children. Each day brought new adventures and opportunities to make a positive impact on the lives of their bright, curious minds.
One of the most enjoyable aspects of working with young children was the deep sense of connection and trust that developed between myself and my students. I enjoyed the feeling of being liked and trusted, such as the children’s attachment to me when we were apart and their dependence on me in an emergency. Being with them made me feel like I was surrounded by warm love which was very healing. I cherished the moments when a shy child would open up and share their thoughts, or when a struggling student would experience a breakthrough and gain newfound confidence in their abilities.
Another aspect I enjoyed was getting to play with the children! We had a variety of outdoor activities almost every day when the weather permitted. We chased each other across the meadow, we laughed and ran together, we sat down and played all kinds of games like throwing handkerchiefs, and we would also go to the museum and to the park to see the cherry blossoms. These rich extracurricular activities let us play together. I felt like I was a child again and I got a lot of physical exercise.
Moreover, being a teacher of young children allowed me to tap into my creativity and imagination every day. Whether it was designing engaging lesson plans, creating hands-on learning activities, or simply finding new ways to spark their curiosity, I relished the opportunity to infuse each day with excitement and wonder.
But perhaps the most rewarding aspect of working with young children was the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives. As a teacher, I had the privilege of not only imparting my knowledge and skills but also instilling a love of learning and teaching the children to believe in their potential. Seeing their faces light up with excitement when they mastered some manners from etiquette class or achieved one of their goals filled my heart with immense pride and fulfillment.
In conclusion, I love working with young children. In addition to the aspects as mentioned above, my other professional skills also improved as well. For example, I got to propose innovative ideas, set up school events, and so on. As I look back on my time as an early childhood educator, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to have played a small role in shaping the lives of these remarkable young individuals.
作为一名早教老师,教导这些年幼的学生我来说是一个具有特别意义的经历。在学校的每一天我都感觉像在冒险和探索,并对这些聪明、好奇的孩子们产生积极的影响。
与孩子们相处最有意义的是我们之间不知不觉就建立了深厚的情感。我享受被孩子们喜欢和信任。比如我们分别时孩子们对我的依依不舍,以及他们在遇到紧急情况时对我的依赖。和他们在一起的时光让我感觉自己被温暖的爱包围着,甚至内心都被治愈了。我怀念当那些腼腆的孩子敞开心扉分享自己想法的时刻,还有当他们突破自己并对自己的能力获得新信心的时刻。
我享受这份工作的另一个方面时我可以和孩子们一起玩!天气好的时候,我们几乎每天都有各种各样的户外活动。我们在草地上互相追逐。我们笑着一起跑。我们坐下来玩各种各样的游戏,比如扔手帕。我们还会去博物馆去公园看樱花。这些丰富的课外活动让让我觉得我又回到了童年,身体也得到了很多锻炼。
此外,在课堂上我每天都能发挥我的创造力和想象力。无论是设计引人入胜的课程计划,创造动手学习活动,还是简单地找到激发他们好奇心的新方法,我都迫不及待地想和孩子们分享新课程的内容以及期待他们能投入其中。
我认为工作中最有意义的部分是我能够对孩子们的生活产生积极地深刻的影响。作为一名教师,我不仅有传授知识和技能的特权,还能够对他们灌输积极的信念并对塑造健全的人格产生积极的影响。比如当他们在礼仪课上掌握了知识或完成目标时,看到他们脸上兴奋的表情,我的内心充满了无比的骄傲和满足。
总之,我很喜欢和年幼的孩子们相处。除了以上提到的方面,这份工作也让我的其他技能得到了提高。例如,在学校大型活动中提出创新的想法或亲自参与准备这些活动。当我回顾自己作为学前教育工作者的时光时,我充满感激之情,因为我有机会在塑造这些杰出年轻人的生活中发挥了一点作用。
